How much does it cost?
Every home is unique, but our pricing model is very simple. It is flat-rate and based on the square footage of your home, the type of cleaning and what we will clean. No hidden-fees. We guarantee the pricing you get through our online booking form. Keep in mind that we don't charge your card right away, but after the service is done, and don't share/sell your information to anyone.
Do I have to put my card on file?
Not at all! Just pick your payment method as Cash and we will text/email you the invoice after the service is done so you can pay it online via our secure payment system, or we can take cash.
What services are included in a standard house cleaning?
Our standard house cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and general tidying up. We ensure that all accessible surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
How long does a typical cleaning session take?
The duration depends on the size of your home and the specific services requested. We strive to be thorough yet efficient. However, it can take anywhere between 3-4 hours for regular cleaning in a 1400 fq home.
Can I request the same cleaner for each visit?
Absolutely! If you fell in love with one of our cleaners, we can make sure that happens!
What is your policy on pets during cleaning?
We love pets! We just ask that you inform us beforehand so we can make proper arrangements and ensure their comfort and safety.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer, we can accommodate that as well.
